Step 01

Initial Consultation

We discuss your assessment needs, organizational context, and goals to determine the best approach for your situation.

Step 2

Facilitator Training

Our certified facilitators are trained to administer LAB assessments professionally, or we train your in-house team.

Step 3

Assessment Administration

Participants complete the three LAB workbooks in a controlled, supportive environment with trained facilitators.

Step 4

Scoring & Analysis

Results are professionally scored and analyzed to generate comprehensive individual and group reports.

Step 5

Feedback & Action

Detailed reports are provided with actionable recommendations for placement, development, or training.

2-3 hours total, with breaks between workbooks to maintain focus and accuracy.

Can be administered individually or in groups of up to 30 participants per facilitator.

Only basic literacy is required. No prior knowledge or preparation needed.
